My space to navigate change — in careers, life, and organisations.Guidance from a former UN professional, coach, and facilitator.

WelcomeI work with people navigating important changes in their lives and careers, and with organisations that want to create meaningful conversations and collaboration.Change can take many forms.Sometimes it’s a career shift, such as pursuing a role in the United Nations or another international organisation.Sometimes it’s a personal challenge — navigating relationships, addiction, uncertainty, or deeper questions about direction and purpose. And sometimes it’s about organisations navigating complexity, where the right conversations and well-designed workshops can help people move forward together. After more than a decade working internationally in the United Nations system and living across several continents, I’ve seen how complex career paths and life decisions can be. I’ve also learned that the most meaningful change often starts with a simple conversation and a new perspective.Today I combine my professional experience with coaching and facilitation to help people and organisations move forward with more clarity, confidence, and direction.

PERSONAL CHANGELife Challenges & Personal TransformationLife can present difficult challenges — in relationships, career direction, addiction, identity, or personal growth. At times we may feel stuck in patterns that are hard to understand or change.Through coaching conversations inspired by schema therapy approaches, I help people explore the deeper patterns that shape how they think, feel, and act. Together we look at what may be holding you back and how you can begin moving toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are. This work often touches many areas of life — from personal wellbeing and relationships to confidence, purpose, and long-term direction.Learn more →

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGEWorkshop Design & FacilitationImportant decisions and meaningful collaboration often happen through well-designed conversations. But many meetings and workshops fail because they lack clear structure, purpose, or facilitation.Over the past 15 years I have designed and facilitated numerous international workshops, expert meetings and training events involving governments, international organisations and experts from around the world.Today I help organisations design and facilitate workshops that are engaging, focused, and productive — whether for strategy discussions, team retreats, training sessions, or stakeholder dialogues.Learn more →

About

Hi, I’m Marko. For most of my career I worked internationally across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, including more than a decade in the United Nations system. During that time I managed global projects, coordinated international teams, and facilitated workshops with governments and experts from around the world. But my own life path has never been linear. After university I began my career in the private sector before shifting into academia, pursuing graduate studies in statistics. Shortly after, an opportunity with the United Nations took me in a completely new direction and opened the door to an international career that would shape the next chapter of my life.Working at the UN allowed me to live in different parts of the world and collaborate with people from many cultures and backgrounds. Over the years I lived in 10 countries across three continents and travelled to nearly one hundred countries. These experiences profoundly shaped how I see the world and deepened my appreciation for diversity, curiosity, and human connection.Yet over time I also realised something important. While working on international programmes and policy processes was meaningful, I increasingly felt drawn to helping people more directly — supporting individuals navigating important life decisions and personal change.Over the years, I’ve been exploring more holistic approaches to personal development, including coaching, yoga, meditation, and bodywork practices. These experiences helped me understand how deeply connected our professional lives, personal wellbeing, and inner mindset really are.Today my work brings together these different worlds.I support people navigating career paths, personal challenges, and life transitions, while also helping organisations create spaces where meaningful conversations and collaboration can happen.Because while change can be difficult, it is often the beginning of something much better.
